I have been drinking and studying Tequila for over 45 years and as a Chef been cooking with and pairing with food for over 20 years. It is enjoyed by our entire team, to us it is more than a beverage; it is a region, a town, and a destination with a culture and a history. We offer events that feature Education where you can learn where Tequila comes from, how it is made and what constitutes good Tequila. We do Tastings, food pairings with recipes that can be followed by anyone and made at home. We can tell you where in San Diego you can go sip Tequila with knowledgeable people behind the bar; these are places we frequent and really enjoy. We are in Mexico, in the Tequila region, a couple times a year and we offer interested people to accompany us on our trips.
