Firehouse Gourmet Inc. is offering “By Your Invitation” – an opportunity to work with the chef to create a menu for your own event at the Firehouse Gourmet Inc. location. You invite your guests to enjoy the food and ambiance prepared specially for you by Chef Don.
Create a plan
Cost is based on type and style of food and whether or not additional service staff is to be provided. If your catering needs is for a family celebration or company event the Firehouse Chef's Team can provide a sit down service. Our recommendation is a maximum of 8 guests for your intimate experience.
Reserve a date
To make a reservation, please forward your check to Firehouse Gourmet Inc. 1450 Pegaso Street, Encinitas, CA 92024 at least 72 hours in advance and state which date and event you are requesting. Your check is 100% refundable upon notification of cancellation 48 hours before the event.
